“ Nice hometown feel with a good breakfast. ”
“ Recently had lunch was good and service with a smile ”
“ Excellent breakfast and an even better waitress. She was so sweet and kind never had to ask for anything. I had the chicken fried steak and a half order of bisquits and gravy. Lord have mercy it was so good and homemade. Better than my grandmother's bisquits and that takes a lot for me to say. I will be back. Support our local restaurants. Especially this hidden gem. ”
“ My wife and I moved here a couple months ago. We like to support local stores as much as possible. The food was delicious and they are not shy of giving you plenty of food. We now go here every Friday night for dinner.thanks for the great service also. ”
“ We had a friend tell us about the great food at this little cafe. It's a local favorite from what I understand and I can see why. We drove two hours to try it for ourselves. I cannot tell you how impressed we were with the hospitality of the waitresses and the amazing dishes. We felt we were very welcomed and it was cozy and impeccably clean. The drive is worth it if you just want to get out and see the sites around the area too. We will definitely drop back through here on occasion. We certainly don't live close but it's a must return if nothing else for the finger steaks (we came back through on our way home to pick up a to go order of finger steak meals for supper later...they were that good!) ”
“ I like the food in the restaurant and the convenience of the store. They stock and sell stuff a traveler may want to buy or eat. My favorite is their basic burger & fries with a side of two scrambled eggs added to the bun by the cook. They scramble them but in such a way that it stays on the burger bite after bite. You have to tell them you want the eggs on the burger, but they have made it this way for me many times. They have good omelets, big homemade cinnamon rolls, and of course Biscuits & Gravy. The fries are special but different. I have in the past just ordered fries and a bowl of gravy. I like plain black coffee and they have plenty of that. ”
“ One very friendly cafe. We (6 of us) ate breakfast here before we hit the road back to Oregon. Our waitress Norma was awesome and made us all feel special! ”
“ Pure country/local atmosphere/experience. Had breakfast (good value). Scone option on toast was great! Plenty of parking. Easy access. Solid. ”
